She often spent a large portion of her shift collecting meaningful clinical data from patients—many of whom were left waiting in the waiting room with no productive engagement—leaving limited time to focus on diagnosing and treating them effectively.

CyrenCare is looking for a senior engineer who will own our core product end-to-end: the
codebase, the release pipeline, on-premise field deployments, and the roadmap toward AI-
Driven CyrenCare. You will not be handed tickets — you will be handed problems, customers, and outcomes.
We are explicit about what has not worked for us before: strong coders who could not
communicate with stakeholders, keep commitments, or drive work to completion without
supervision. If you are a brilliant engineer who prefers to work heads-down and hand
off communication to someone else, this role is not for you.
