Own Client Onboarding: Spearhead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and partners, managing project plans, tracking progress, and proactively solving roadblocks to ensure a swift and successful launch.
Understanding Client Needs: Act as the primary point of contact for all operational matters. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and technical workflows to provide tailored support and strategic guidance.
Drive Performance & Optimization: Monitor and analyze client performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives to help them achieve greater success with our product.
Basic Technical Troubleshooting: Perform initial technical troubleshooting, review system configurations, and navigate our codebase to investigate issues, effectively translating client needs into actionable tasks for our development team.

Exceptional Communication: Crystal-clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional fluency in Korean is highly preferred for seamless collaboration with our development team.
Technical Aptitude: Able to grasp technical concepts quickly and has strong problem-solving skills.
